RealWorld EF Coaching
A Student-Led Summer of Purpose, Passion, and Progress
This flexible, creative program transforms students’ personal interests into meaningful, goal-oriented summer projects. While working on something they care about, students also build skills like planning, time management, and follow-through, with weekly coach check-ins to guide their growth.
How It Works:
Students choose a project based on a personal interest, like cooking, writing, or building.
Together with their Illuminos coach, they will create a plan that includes milestones and deadlines.
Students learn executive function skills such as planning, time management, and goal-setting along the way.
An Illuminos coach offers weekly check-ins for guidance, feedback, and accountability.
Each project ends with a tangible outcome that can be shared, presented, and celebrated.
The flexible format fits around summer travel, sports, and camps.
